About HerHR

With a combined Law degree and more than 14 years’ experience in HR and employment relations strategy, I’ve advised thousands of businesses across a wide range of industries and occupations. And throughout my career, I kept seeing the same issue play out from both sides of the table:

• Employees feeling unsure, unsupported or unheard

• Employers wanting to “get HR right” but not knowing where to start – or how to build HR systems that support sustainable business growth

I created HerHR to bridge that gap with clarity, confidence and legally-informed HR guidance.

Today, through HerHR, I support employees across Australia to navigate workplace challenges with clarity, confidence and practical next steps.
I also partner with small and growing businesses to create fair, safe and compliant workplaces through HR advisory, compliance, psychosocial safety and leadership support.

My work is grounded in the belief that good HR is preventative, not reactive, and that fair, consistent processes protect both people and businesses.

As a working mum of two energetic boys, I understand the realities of juggling work, family and everything in between. I’m based in the Illawarra region, just south of Sydney, and outside of work you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my family, visiting art galleries, or relaxing with a good book.
