For new clients, payment is $275 (incl. GST) for up to 1 hour support
Payment is processed on the day of your session.
If you’d like additional time, or support with a new matter:
Ongoing sessions are $275 (incl. GST) per hour
Billed fairly, pro-rata, with a 30-minute minimum per engagement.
No lock-ins.
No pressure.
Just support when you need it, at your pace.
Yes. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
For fairness and to allow preparation time, sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before your booking at no cost. Late changes or no-shows may incur a fee, in line with our standard booking policy.
If you’re unwell or dealing with caring responsibilities, just reach out - flexibility is always approached with care.
Yes - completely.
In line with our core values of trust and confidentiality, your sessions are confidential and independent from your employer, so all discussions stay private.
This is a safe space to talk things through openly.
No - there’s nothing you need to prepare.
You’re welcome to join the session exactly as you are. Many people find it helpful to simply think about what’s been feeling hardest at work lately, but there’s no expectation to have the right words or a clear plan beforehand.
We’ll take things at your pace and work it through together.
