For most clients, one hour is enough to unpack your situation, explore your options, and leave with a clear path forward. If more time is needed, you’re welcome to continue — you’ll always know the cost upfront.
For $275 (incl. GST), each new client receives up to 1 hour of personalised support.
If you’d like more time beyond the included hour — or support with a new matter — sessions continue at $275 per hour (incl. GST), billed fairly with a 30-minute minimum charge per engagement.
There are no hidden fees — you’ll always know the cost upfront before booking.
We set aside dedicated time to prepare for your session. You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking at no cost. Changes within 24 hours or no-shows incur a late-charge fee of 50% of the session fee. We offer one courtesy waiver per client in cases of illness, caring responsibilities, or unforeseen emergencies. This policy helps us keep appointments available and prices fair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
